Pricing

For groups of 5 to 10 people, tours start at $1,500*.

For groups of 11 to 20 people, tours start at $2,500*.

For groups of 20+ people, please call to obtain pricing*.

Services standard with all tours include:

  • Initial consultation to determine your group’s desired dates, objectives, etc.
  • Scheduling tour with our vehicle, historical, restaurant partners, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 hours for onsite tour guide
  • Luxury vehicle and driver for minimum 3 hours
  • Tour presentation handout materials for all group attendees

Food and drink for your group is not included. This can be arranged through us or directly by you, if desired. Travel expenses, including mileage reimbursement, air fare, car rental, hotel stay, etc., for tour guide are not included. These expenses, as well as fees for any historic sites that require tickets or payment for access, will be billed at net to the client.

Fees will increase should you request any of the following activities or require an advanced level of customization.

  • Securing dinner reservations or extra activities for your group
  • Securing historical actors for any part of the tour
  • Hiring professional photographer for group photo(s)
  • Extending the tour beyond the minimum 3 hour format
  • Significantly changing the tour format

To secure your reservation, an initial deposit of 50% of the tour fee is requested following initial consultation to secure your tour date and general details/logistics. A Letter of Agreement with more details will also be furnished following initial consultation.
